Neil has built and led finance teams for multinationals, startups, and private equity-backed ventures in sectors including life sciences, ESG, logistics, software, and renewables. He founded one of Russia’s top investment banks in the 1990s, in addition to serving roles at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and BlackRock. Most recently, he has acted as Consulting CFO for European firms navigating complex expansion, regulatory, and transformation challenges. A University of Virginia graduate, Neil brings a hands-on, pragmatic approach to finance leadership and cross-border growth.

As Founder and Chairman of Marbella Capital Partners, he has led numerous private equity and M&A transactions, with successful exits via trade sales and public offerings, and served as CEO of a NASDAQ-listed SPAC. His career includes executive and independent board positions on U.S. and Hong Kong listed companies. A graduate of Tufts University, The Fletcher School, and Harvard Business School’s Private Equity Program, John applies deep expertise in emerging markets to drive international investment and growth. He is a FINRA Series 6 Licensed Representative, with investment banking affiliation through GT Securities.
